What kind of guarantee does Klargester/Titan/Clearwater/Kingspan Environmental provide?
Klargester offer a 12 month warranty on all product which starts from the point at which the unit is delivered to site. Envireau and Titan Environmental oil tanks are the exception to the rule.
Titan Environmental Bunded Oil Tank (Ecosafe & FuelMaster) is 10 year.
Titan Environmental Single Skin Tank (Talking Titan) and KingspanWater Envireau has a 2 year warranty. Top
What is an invert?
We generally use this term to describe the dimension from the finished ground level to the bottom of the inlet fitting, thus indicating the depth of the inlet drainage. Top
Will my postage be refunded?
If you are returning goods because you have changed your mind or have provided incorrect details, we will refund the cost of the goods less a 15% administration fee, but not the postage. If there has been a mistake with your order, or your goods are faulty, we will endeavor to rectify the situation or provide a refund as appropriate. Top
