Service Department ‘Outwork Charges’
Charges from 1 February 2010 renewals for out of contract services i.e. non-routine maintenance are detailed below.
Non Contracted Clients
Call-out charges £85 plus VAT (includes travel costs)
Hourly rate of £85 plus VAT for on-site labour
List price on parts and on tankering services
Bronze Contracted Clients
Call-out charges £85 plus VAT (incl travel costs)
First hour of on-site labour free
Hourly rate of £85 plus VAT for on-site labour
Silver Contract Clients
No call out charge
Labour charged at £85 plus VAT
Parts at discount off list price
Tankering at discount off list price
Gold Contracts are all-inclusive and therefore do not attract any additional charges if product issues subject to the call-out are due to “normal wear and tear”. Where call-out is due to something other than “normal wear and tear” the costs applied to the Silver contract will apply.
